What We DO
Our Ambassadors
We train passionate volunteers to become Mental Health Ambassadors who share their personal stories and create supportive spaces. Ambassadors lead the way in breaking stigma and starting real conversations.
Partnerships
We collaborate with schools, community groups, and others to bring mental health awareness directly to students. Whether it’s through group talks, workshops, or starting new Glad Groups, we’re helping the community become safer, more supportive spaces.
Glad Groups
Our Ambassadors create and manage "Glad Groups" — small, flexible support circles built around shared interests, teams, clubs, or friendships. These groups make mental health support feel approachable and personal.
Story Sharing
We believe stories have the power to heal. By encouraging Ambassadors and participants to share their experiences, we normalize mental health conversations and build empathy across our community.
Community Events
From sporting events to meals and outdoor adventures, we host fully-funded outings that bring people together. These moments help strengthen connections and remind participants they’re never alone.
Accessible Support
Mental health support should be available to everyone. That’s why our programs, events, and resources are always free, removing financial barriers and making help as accessible as possible.
